PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT


APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY


Appointment Reminders/Confirmation Requests are sent out 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. You will receive a FINAL CONFIRMATION email/text/call 1 week before your appt. We do require confirmation no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please make sure to confirm by email, text, or phone. We do not accept confirmations via social media apps. All appointments that have not been confirmed by that time will be cancelled due to "no confirmation". 


Cancellations after you have already confirmed your appointment need to be made with minimum 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Any last minute cancellations will result in a non refundable $150 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Please note this ONLY applies to clients that have already confirmed their appointment. If we did not receive your confirmation by the 7day requirement, your appointment has already been cancelled. You may reach out to reschedule with us 

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT


Unfortunately due to health regulations young children are NOT PERMITTED at any point during your appointment.  


We do understand last minutes things happen with sitters, but there is no flexibility on having children in the salon. We will work with you on rescheduling your appointment if needed on emergency type basis. 

However, because we are booked out so far in advance, if you do show up with children we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the late cancellation fee of $150.

DUE TO COVID 19 NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

IN THE EVENT YOU FAIL TO ADHEAR TO ANY OF THE LISTED INSTRUCTIONS, RESULTING IN YOUR APPT BEING RESCHEDULED ----- YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE.


This charge by no means goes towards your rescheduled appt. You will be responsible for the full price as a new appt at the new time of service.
